Resonant Currents is a salon-style evening of experimental sound at Headlands Center for the Arts, featuring performances by Wu Zhuoling, yi yang, and SNOWW. Together, these artists bring distinct voices from China’s dynamic experimental sound scene - both from within and across its borders - building a sonic bridge between Chinese sound art practices and international audiences. Through genre-fluid compositions and immersive listening, the program explores how sound mediates relationships with ecology, collective memory, and individual perception.
